In all cases the protector has performed admirably. Recently my son dropped my phone.  It bounced off the corner of the floor boarding which causes a small tear and wrinkle in the screen protector.  The screen is fine but I have to purchase a replacement since drops are not covered under the lifetime warranty.  :(<br />The reason for the 4 start rating is that it takes some practice to install without creating waves in the film.  You have to be very gentle during installation.  Getting overzealous about squeezing out bubbles will result in permanent deformation of the film.  It looks like small waves on a still pond.  It also takes days to fully set and cure.  Pockets of tiny bubbles will be scattered all over but just be patient, they will eventually disappear.<br /><br /><br />Hello,<br /><br />Thank you for your feedback.
