I took my time, washed hands and made sure my cell phone and area were clean to create the cleanest environment and possible outcome. I\'ve had plenty of experience with other clear skin protectors and the process was very much alike. I had no issues with it and was satisfied with the outcome. Came out clean, smooth and clear. It was a bit unfortunate that the clear skin reduced the nice matte look finish my Nokia Icon had, but there is no way around this and I expected it. <br /><br />The clear skin came out great and look good. The problem came about 2 weeks later when I started noticing deep scratches and indents on the actual skin. I was glad the skin had taken these marks instead of my phone but the problem was that they were very distracting and intrusive to actually operating the phone. (ie. reading or writing a text message), specifically all particular angles or in lighting. I was glad the skin had taken some of this beating and not my phone but was disappointed at how quickly it did become scratched. For as much bragging and promises and Skinomi does, I cant imagine what the skin will look in months. Terribly worse I assume. I\'ve asked for a replacement in hopes that a new one will work out better. Another issue I had was the skin started to peel off from the phone. It was troublesome because I constantly have to take time to stick it back in place. Takes my time and makes me worry every time I pull it out or place it down that the skin will not be in place and my phone will suffer scratches. <br /><br /><br />Hello,<br /><br />My name is Ana from Skinomi customer support.
