You are not getting anything but very thin sticker for your phone. Paying 20 for a sticker is a bit too much.<br /><br />Product listing imply that it is used as case replacement<br />- offers effective damage protection without adding additional weight or bulk to your device. Essentially, you get the protection of a durable case without the excess weight. <br /><br />But here is the comment I got from their email:<br />- We try to list as many details about our product that so our customers know exactly what they are purchasing. Our product does help with the wear and tear and scratches that could harm your device without adding the extra bulk. It can also be used under hard cases as well to help reduce damage.<br /><br />So how is that not misleading? You imply that it is a replacement for the case, yet I have to use hard case to reduce the damage.<br /><br />Hello,<br /><br />Thank you for your feedback. Our product is described as a thin film made from a clear, thermoplastic urethane film that helps protect the the device from scratches. It is a screen protector and not an actual hard case cover.
