Beautiful looking wooden skin and good protector seriously good quality The small parts for the edges are not so great, had to remove them because they sadly just felt off on most places. Tried heating with the hair dryer multiple times but no difference.<br /><br />Shipping was terrible, the package came opened and badly damaged, luckily not the times itself which is the reason I didn\'t contacted the support for a new product.<br /><br />Hello,<br /><br />We are so sorry to hear that you had this issue.<br /><br />We hand package all of our kits to ensure the quality and proper assembly. Yet once the package is shipped, we have no control over harsh handling per the post office.<br /><br />In regards to the smaller pieces, do note that you should be able to hold them down with your thumb or palm to mold them onto the device. The heat of the blow drier should weaken the adhesive. If those tricks were not working, then the film may have been defective.<br /><br />Do note that all of our items are backed by our 100 Lifetime warranty.
