They obviously did not read the instructions carefully. I have never done this and mine came out superb. All you need is a heat gun or hair dryer and you\'re set to go. When you get to the corners, all you have to do is heat them and they stick. Surely an amazing product. I would buy another, but I won\'t need one because this one will last me forever. It was poorly made and did not fit well with the phone. It was as if they just cut it to look like the phone, but did not test it to see if it actually fit. The rounded curves and edges of the their product for the  phone were the biggest problems. I followed the directions exactly and it was no problem to get it to stick. It was poorly designed and when I tried to make it line up with the phone, I found that they didn\'t cut it right so that the rounded off corners of the phone would have pieces of the product folded up. I had to make cuts to the product so that it would lay flat on my phone. I guess they thought that as long as it looked like it would fit the phone, it\'d be fine. Even the pieces for the front of the phone didn\'t fit. I had to cut those pieces up to make it fit onto my phone. In the end, it looked so stupid that I just ended up peeling it off and throwing it away a few days later. I have no problem with the quality of the product and it stuck onto my phone just fine though. But be aware that this does not fit onto the phone and you\'ll have to cut the product up to make it fit right.
