What part would I use to connect USB keyboards and mice to the Adder KVM ports?
You would use the CATX-USB Computer Access Module and a cat5 cable to attach a server/computer to a compatible KVM. The keyboard and mouse would then attach to the actual KVM itself. For a KVM such as the https://www.kvm-switches-online.com/av4pro-vga.html there are different cables such as the https://www.kvm-switches-online.com/vsc24.html.

I wish to purchase Adder product: N3493 "CATX-USB". It may be a discontinued model. Can you help me to locate this item? Thank you!
Thank you for your inquiry.
According to our contact at Adder, part number N3493 does not exist in their catalogs, past or present. It is most likely an internal part number from wherever the dongle/switch was initially purchased. The above CATX-USB Computer Access Module is a standard Adder dongle for CATx switches and some KVM extenders.

Please feel free to forward the source of the part number to us and we can investigate further, or give us a call at 1-877-586-6654 and we can help you find the right dongle for your specific switch.
