Excellent observation!  After doing some additional research, it appears the manual is an older version that came with a PS/2 only KVM.  The newer CL1008M unit, however, does come with an integrated USB/PS2 Combo KVM, and this particular SKU comes bundled with 8 USB KVM cables. <br /><br />Thank you for pointing out the inconstancy.
