I would like a cost for an "L-type rackmount kit" to go with a DKX4-UST.

You can mount the DKX4-UST user station into a rack using the RACK-KIT-DKX3-UST L-type 1U Rack Mounting kit, which is sold separately and currently retails for $69.

Apologies for the delay in getting you this information. The DKX4-UST was going through certification and the process of release - Raritans product development team just confirmed compatibility with the rack kit.

Can the DKX4-UST support 4K HD with the DOMINION KX III KVM-over-IP?

The Raritan DKX4-UST User Station supports up to 4K UHD video steaming from sources attached to Dominion KX 4 series units like the DKX4-101.

The Dominion KX 3 series KVM-Over-IP Switches only support resolutions up to 1080p or 1920x1200; When connecting to sources attached to Dominion KX 3 series units, the DKX4-UST User Station would stream the source in up to 1080p / 1920x1200.

How much keyboards and mouse i can share with ust4?

It is entirely possible that four mice would be capable of being used; however, one USB may be a dedicated usb to a keyboard. The dedicated mouse port is also likely to only support a wired mouse.
