Could you please tell me the ECCN (Export Commodity Classification Number) and Schedule B for this cable?
Thank you for your inquiry. The ECCN number is EAR99. The HTS (Harmonized Tariff System) number is 8544.42.2000.

Unfortunately, the Schedule B Number is not available via the manufacturer.

Just wanted to confirm the MPUIQ-VMCHS module would work connecting a Sun V440 server to an Avocent DSR8020.
Thank you for your inquiry. This is the direct replacement for the DSAVIQ series of computer interface modules, so it should work for your setup. Assuming the attached server meets the requirements, being USB and VGA compatible.

What Dongle can I use for the Lenovo T440? I have DSAVIQ-USB2 and MPUIQ-VMC dongles will these work on the new laptop. If not, what do you recommend?
Thank you for your inquiry. As long as the Lenovo T440 has the appropriate connections (USB and VGA in this case) this dongle, and the DSAVIQ-USB2, should work to connect to an appropriate Avocent KVM or serial console switch. That is not to say that we would 100% guarantee it would work as other factors may impact performance or compatibility.

Hi, I have an older AVOCENT DSR 4020 adn need to connect CISCO UC240's (VGA and USB) to to the KVM. Is this the correct Module?
Thank you for your inquiry. The DSR series uses IQ modules like the DSRIQ-VMC and DSAVIQ-USB2. The MPUIQ-VMCHS is the direct replacement, with support for USB and VGA connections, so it should work for your application.
