will this unit pull out past the rack so i can open and then tuck back inside rack when not used. thansk
Yes it will. The RW119 will pull out beyond the rack far enough to angle the LCD for proper viewing. Once finished, you can close the lid and slide the drawer back in place so the server rack door can be fully closed.

is this available with a touchscreen?
Unfortunately it is not. They do not have a drawer style monitor with a touch screen. We would need to look at a rack mount panel display for touchscreen functionality: https://www.kvm-switches-online.com/rackmount-lcd-monitors.html

do you make a kvm switch for a 2 post rack or is there some kind of adapter
Unfortunately, there really is not a rack mount drawer designed for a two post relay style rack.

A great solution, that many people go with, is the simple AnyServer Bracket that allows for rack mounting into a 2 post solution: http://www.server-rack-online.com/12751-719.html.

Will the RW119-11 downscale a 1920x1080 input resolution?
Thank for your inquiry. No, this monitor does not support downscaling of input resolutions. Forcing a monitor to use a higher resolution than supported can introduce one or more issues including a blank screen, distorted images, or partial display. You will always have the best image quality using the monitor\'s native resolution.
