The data sheet has "Features push button for downloading DDC data from monitor". Does that mean that once this has been done (download the DDC data) that the data is stored and kept internally at the KVM and will be used each time as the default setting when the PC reboots to identify the resolution until you initiate the push button again?
Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, once the EDID information is retrieved from the remote unit, it is stored in local unit which will present that information to the attached CPU any time the CPU is power-cycled.
